Empowering Women at Northwest

Northwest's Women in Real Estate (WIRE) employee resource group helps address the need and opportunity for gender diversity across our organization and the industry. Through WIRE, we promote a culture of inclusion, ensure diversity of representation, and support the advancement of women leaders. This group continues to shape many of the policies and programs at Northwest and drives more opportunities, like events, volunteering, and training, for meaningful connection and mentorship.
