The Xpert Clinic Eindhoven is a single-tenant clinic fully occupied and operated by Equipe, a key Dutch partner in the Galaxy JV. It consists of a former office building containing four floors, renovated to facilitate a modern private clinic in 2016. The clinic features 3 class-1 operating theaters, necessary support facilities, nursing beds and polyclinical facilities.
