The hospital comprises 360 beds (single and multi-format), 160 intensive care beds, as well as 19 surgical suites, 22 medical offices and a modern maternity centre. The property is 100% leased on a long-term basis to Rede D’Or, the largest private healthcare network in Brazil with over than 11,800 beds and an AAA credit rating on a national scale by Fitch.
Rede D’Or received all licenses and approvals for new expansion, to add a 21-story, 450-bed hospital tower (“Block C”) at the east end of the site, and a 750-stall parkade one block south (under construction) with estimated cost of R$350M.
