Northwest reports annually to GRESB (formerly Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), an independent standards organisation that creates global benchmarks to assess the ESG (environmental, social, and governance) performance of property and infrastructure organisations. In 2025, Northwest is proud to have achieved strong results in all key scoring metrics by GRESB having maintained Sector Leader status in the Development Benchmark for globally listed healthcare participants the second year in a row. Northwest places first with our NZX-listed Vital Healthcare Property Trust (VHPT), managed by Northwest Healthcare Properties, placing a close second.
