The Australian Red Cross Blood Service (ARCBS) is a purpose built, six story A-Grade commercial office and healthcare building completed in 2008. Owned subject to a long-term 80yr ground lease (>60yrs remaining), the building comprises a mix of office, clinical, laboratory, recreational and retail uses. The major tenants include Lifeblood, Bolton Clarke and Queensland University of Technology (QUT). On-site there are two levels of basement car parking which provides 296 bays.
