The hospital is a single-story facility and primarily serves as a rehabilitation center that specializes in orthopaedics, cancer/oncology, and neuro-spinal rehabilitation. The facility consists of a main building, with several linked and stand-alone outbuildings. The hospital comprises 115 inpatient beds for both veterans and private patients as well as 80 at-grade car parking bays.

Lady Davidson Private Hospital is located in North Turramurra, 20 kilometres northwest of the Sydney Central Business District.
