Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital is a 65-bed private rehabilitation hospital. Constructed in 2005 and 100% leased to Aurora Healthcare, the hospital spans two levels and includes a hydrotherapy pool, two gymnasiums, on-site pharmacy as well as patient break out and consulting rooms. Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital is located in the suburb of South Wentworthville, 22kms west of the Sydney Central Business District. The site is just 1.5kms south of the prominent Westmead healthcare precinct, which includes The Children’s Hospital (~A$650m redevelopment scheduled for completion in 2025) and the Westmead Public Hospital (~A$500m redevelopment completed across 2021-2023).
